    The Chamber office is open Tuesday-Thursday  from 9am - 3pm . These hours are subject to change based on the Chamber schedule.
    The office is closed on Fridays, and holidays.

    Changes to VACE insurance
    This is just a snapshot of the most recent changes to the Insurance products offered through FCRCC.
    There will be changes to both Dental and Vision plans beginning in January 2024.

    Franklin County is bordered by Lake Champlain to the West, the Canadian Border to the North, Orleans and Lamoille Counties to the East and Chittenden County to the South. St. Albans is adjacent to Exits 19 and 20 of Interstate 89, in the northwest corner of Vermont. U.S. Routes 7, 36, 104, and 105 converge in St. Albans. Route 7 serves as Main Street, St. Albans, as it passes through the City.

    From due north , Canadian Route 133 out of Iberville, Quebec, ties into Vermont Interstate 89 at the Highgate border crossing. St. Albans is approximately 12 miles from the Canadian border.

    From the North and West (northern New York, whether coming from Plattsburgh on I-87 or from Canada on Route 15, take Route 11 from Champlain east to Rouses Point. Route 2 will bring you to Alburg, Vermont. Route 78 brings you to Swanton. Coming from Plattsburgh, you can also take the ferry to Grand Isle, VT. Route 2 will take you to I-89, which provides direct access to the county.

    From the South and East, Interstate 91 out of Massachusetts and southern Vermont connects to I-89 in White River Junction, Vermont. Interstate 93 out of Massachusetts and New Hampshire connects to I-89 in Concord, New Hampshire.
